Open Access Policy
Elamena Academic Press is committed to Diamond Open Access — all content published under the EAP imprint is freely accessible online immediately upon publication, at no cost to readers, aligned with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) and the Berlin Declaration.
- No page charges, colour charges, or supplementary material fees.
- Sustainability model based on institutional partnerships and publisher operations — not reader charges.
- Aligned with BOAI and the Berlin Declaration.
Journal Publication Fees
Article Processing Charge (APC) policies are determined at the individual journal level and are clearly and transparently stated on each journal's own website. Authors should consult the specific journal's "For Authors" page for current fee information before submission.
- Each journal independently sets and publishes its APC policy.
- Fee waivers and discounts may be available — see the individual journal's website for details.
- Any change to a journal's fee policy will be publicly announced on the journal's website in advance.
Book Publication Terms
Elamena Academic Press publishes scholarly monographs and edited volumes. Book publication terms — including any open access fees, print arrangements, or royalty agreements — are agreed individually with each author or editor prior to contract signing.
- Open Access book publication options are available and encouraged.
- Book Processing Charges (BPCs), where applicable, are agreed in advance and stated in the publication agreement.
- Authors and editors retain academic freedom and copyright as specified in the publication agreement.
- Prospective authors and editors are invited to contact info@elamenapress.org to discuss publication terms.
